    I agree with Tot. Feel free to do as many sets as necessary for you to grow. Remember, HST is not about sets and reps, it is a method of training. As for pullovers, I have never used them. I'm tossing around the idea of adding them in my 5s as a Giant Set

    For my 2nd (current) HST cycle, I decided to throw out iso arm work. 3wks into this cycle and the measurements on my arms are still moving up. I do plan on adding a set of incline DB curls during the 5s, though.

    How can I skip the 15's?

    No need to do the 15s if you dont want to. Just do 2wks of 12s, 10s, or whatever you want instead of 15s. I personally use 12s with great success.

    The calculator spit out 210lbs for me. That means I could walk around at 6'5" 225 and still be pretty lean. Bet that'd give me over 17" arms. I'd be VERY happy with the impressive shadow I would cast at that point.

    Actually, the more frequency, the better. As long as your volume is in check, you're good to go. Just listen to your body and adjust mid-cycle if need be. Remember, HST is not a program!
