    Well, I've been patrolling these forums for awhile and have been posting for several weeks. I've decided to post a couple of pics just to let you all know where I am at in my conditioning. Keep in mind that I am 6'5" and built like a cheetah, not a bull! Here we go. *winces*

    HST Log

    As far as sets go, Bryan has suggested doing 2 sets during the 15s, and 2 sets during the first week of the 10's and 5's. That's what I have been using for my first cycle.

    I do my workout every other day: M-W-F-Su-T-Th-Sat-M... That comes to 4x/wk. I really like doing it this way. If for some reason I miss a day (which I have not), it's no biggie because I still have 3 days covered.

    Finished first week of 15's

    I certainly appear more "full." I've also gained almost 3 lbs (my waist measurement has not changed, either). Ca'nt wait to start the 10's on Friday.

    One exercise shouldnt hinder the other because the gastroc crosses the knee joint and the soleus does not. Therefore when you do seated CR's, you effectively "take out" the gastroc and work the soleus.
