    i just use my 10rep max for arms in the 15s and tens then drop them in the 5s...chins and bench with the heavy weight of the 5s should take care of your arms..

    thats no problem just make sure you are getting a glucose or sports drink...and cardio on the of days is ok to make sure you are getting enough protein and carbs.

    also your 10rm is heavier than your 15rm but your muscles are under tension longer on your 15rm (bin reading some of ridgleys stuff)

    Squats 2sets? Dips 2 sets Rows 2 sets Pulldown/up 2 sets Shrugs 2 sets Military Press 2 sets calf raises 2 sets i would stick with these dont worry about isos do 3 sets when you get to the 5s :D

    What FREQUENCY do you train?

    go to HSTfaqs frequency basicly its up to you i noticed from the what age are you thread that you wanted to lose weight..i find doing a fullbody workout 5x a week helps lose weight..then once you get down to the weight you want ..you can do 3x... 6x splits..or just the basic routine with cardio...

    changing form to increase hypertrophy

    you could also as recomended by DKM rep out in the submax weights..ie..on your first day of 15s do 20 or more..it will keep the load on the muscle for longer :D
