    Going to failure on last sets??

    What would be the pros and cons of taking the last set of the final 15, 10 and 5's to failure? Even if it means puming out an extra rep or 2 on the last set. I know going to failure all the time will cause OT but this would only be 3 times for each excersise per cycle.... Any thoughts?
