    I don't if you can expect to get advice from Bryan on this.  If I were in his position I wouldn't give advice that should come from your doctor on a face-to-face basis.  Then again, wtf do I know?  He might chime in. I have knee pain from leg moves that lessens when I don't wear running shoes...

    I've got a considerable amount of body fat (that's coming off slowly) and I shy away from the tape measure for that reason. I watch my stength, in particular my triple and single max's on the big lifts, to judge my gains.

    I've never benched with a shirt, but I've tried to keep good PL form when benching, close to what you suggest, Aaron. I've found the closer to PL 'perfect' form I get, the less the heavy weights hurt my joints. I'm considering getting a shirt to try out training in. I don't compete or anything...

    BTW...I never have had problem with cramping or 'the pukes' with creapure or hsn:cre, I thought it might be because they're both 'micronized' which I think means its a finer powder.

    I bought that GNC crap and had that same problem. I felt like I was going to throw up for hours after drinking it, nausea and slight cramps. I can deal with cramps, but feeling like I'm gonna hurl for hours really got to me. I bought creapure from Amazon a couple weeks ago...

    gyno for the last time

    I've got full on gyno. I used to drink a lot of booze and was 300lbs and couldn't bench 135...all fat. Can't stand to look in the mirror.

    I started hammering traps about 6 months ago and have found a combination of exercises work for me.  I've put a ton of size and strength in the upper back area in that time.  I have also been eating about 300g of protein a day along and 5-10g of creatine per day. behind the neck overhead press...

    I do 'em seated and behind the neck....hit's the middle delts better imo. Can't do a lot of weight tho. I usually do 'em after bench and don't have much front delt strength to help the middle delt move the weight.

    I've got gyno pretty bad too. Have never taken AAS in my life either. Never went to a doctor about it figuring they'd assume I was on 'em at some time since I'm pretty big. Most non-lifters think I am juicing, or have at some time.
