    Wait wait wait only 15% calories come from protein when bulking? Isnt that really low? assuming someone would eat 4000 calories, thats 600 calories from protein, a measly 150 grams? wouldnt that not be even near enough to bulk?

    Lots of info, great site, but regarding Fitday, how do they calculate how many calories you burn, when all they have is your weight and height? They do not take BF% into account? I weight 195, at 6'2" and it says i burn 3874 calories a day! And i have muscle, but i'm still at about 17-20%...

    I think that extending the bulking phase would be fine, however just like cutting, where you have to re-adjust your calories. Not sure how the muscle gain to fat gain ratio would be, but I would think the slower and more careful you bulk, the better (ratio) but slower the results Keith

    after reading it i dont think its thermogenic, its a gel, not pills. It talks about it being ok to use products that have ephedrine in it and caffeine, thus suggesting it does NOT have those things in it.     I've never felt nauseous right after taking it but when i did take creatine, after cycling it for 2 weeks or so I got sick, like flu/strepe throat sick...
