    ChuckGrill, I have found if I take a tbl spoon of creatine and sip my pre WO shake (over 10 min) I'm fine. IF I'm in a rush and slam the shake I also get nauseous, cramps and sometimes diarrhea. I know it takes longer than a few minutes to digest but it feels a little like food poisoning...

    How long have you been eating 2030 cals a day ?? Are you loosing 1-2 lbs per week ?? IF you are loosing more, then you'll need to eat more. IF you are, then this is about the right amount.
