    thing is, if i'm going the milk route, it involves 8 glasses a day - so wouldn't i need 8 tablets a day? Wouldn't that be financially impractical? How do the tablets work - do they need to be consumed with each intake of milk? And thanks for the offer :)

    I don't see how the math works there generalizing, are you using an average body weight? If so, the weights are weird then - 0.3 grams/kg/day generalizing to 20 grams assumes a bodyweight of 67 kg but 0.03 grams/kg/day generalizing to 5 grams assumes a bodyweight of 167 kg wouldn't 2 grams...

    Is too much milk bad(within reason)?

    I drink about 2.5 litres of milk a day when I'm in a heavy bulking phase - lactose free for me and I have had good results. I don't use supplements or powder either so I need an easy source of carbs like milk.
