    i can't speak for everybody else.. but i'm on the tail end of the third cycle and i've had great gains in size and strength.. maybe it's just me but i don't see how you can have great gains in size w/o the gains in strenght..

    you really shouldn't just eliminate the low weights in the workout because they aren't there to help you get big.. the 15s are basically to get you to progressivly work up to the heavier weights and to get your muscles accustomed to the load you are going to put on them.. i've never tried...

    No pump during 5's

    i don't usually work out with a spotter either, so instead of doing another 2 weeks of 5s i like to do 2 weeks of dropsets with my 5rms.. there is no better way for you to get pumped and feel the burn to me than a good set of dropsets..

    Newbie or Longtimer?

    if you are going that low.. the typical way to fix it would be to repeat weights again, kinda like how you do to avoid zig zag.. typically you probably only want to go in about 5 percent increments too, so i would probably just do 5 lb increments for you like 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75..
