    my next hst cycle

interesting idea, i've thought about trying similar cycles also, but i have yet to acctualy try it. in theory it should work very well, although theres a higher chance of getting burnt out from being right below your rm all the time. good luck with it though and make sure you post up the results.

    Think this is enough...too much?

its pretty similar to my workout, and not to steal the thread here but i have a question concering the direct arm work like he has. if your already doing a fair amount of compound lifts like he is and then doing the isolations for the arms at the end, is it really too much? what i mean is it...

thanx for the replies, i think instead of miltary press ill use dumbbells and sit down. maybe use the arnold press technique. Fausto, what do you mean by your question "Your shoulders/biceps etc, all seem to be doing quite a bit in terms of weight, surely that is mistake and I'll read it...

    question on sets

i've read a little bit on here about doing 1 set of 15's, 2 of the 10's and 3 sets of 5's in order to keep the total number of reps done equal(fairly equal anyways). is this the best route or should i just do 2 sets for the 15's, 10's, and5's? thanks.
