1st cycle confusion

  1. I start my 10's on Monday and was wondering, generally speaking, is the weight you start your 10's with more than, less than, or equal to your 15 RM?

    Looking ahead at my routine as planned, I see some of each depending on the exercise. Is this OK or should the weights continually progress or what?
