    These are sucking. Going to drop load and do more volume based stuff for a while.

    DL: 3-200kg, 1-220kg, 1-239kg, 1-240kg, [email protected],9,9,10.

    BB hyper; 5-80kg. Would normally do more sets but had to leave earlier this morning.
