I find with High bar, it’s so much easier to loose the bar path from mid foot, changing the RPE from a 5 - 9 in an instant.

I need the heels for high bar, as my legs are proportionately longer than my torso so need them to hit depth.

Found my 2015 form again. It’s been a while.



SG rows; 2x8-140kg. These sucked, going back to regular to keep building that yoke. Maybe I’ll do traditional pendlays one day, higher rows the other.
 
Beltless DL; 3-200kg, 3x3-210kg@6ish. Felt fantastic, form is finally teasing that it’s back to normal.

PSQ; 3x3-140kg@6-7.

Rows; 2x7-150kg.
