BB hyper; 2x5-60kg.
Cable rows; 3x8-130kg.
Cable crunches; 10-40kg.
Knee is nearly back to normal, so will be able to get leg drive back instead of just stiff legging the damn thing.
Evening;
1-220kg, 240kg@6, 260kg@8, 280kg@9.5-9.75. Fastest 280 pull yet. Afternoon pulls are always better than the ones earlier that day.
