    Hey everybody,

Assuming you gain 2kg per month, by how much calories should you go up in the next? Do you adjust more calories weekly, biweekly or monthly?

I have a hard time gaining and I am consuming 3800kcal (workout days) and 3500kcal (non workout days) plus only a breakfast on Sundays at a bodyweight of 150 pounds/ 75kg.

So far I haven't plateaued and I was wondering when to move up?

    Thanks :)

Why would you eat less on nonworkout days?

Why would you cycle calories if you have a hard time gaining?

You haven't read the book very carefully, have you? Pretty much all your questions you've been posted are answered in the book.
