Bryan recommends 3-4 grams of Omega-3's (EPA+DHA) a day. I just want to clarify: does he mean 3-4 grams of each seperately, or combined?

...contains 850 mg EPA and 560 mg DHA. However, the total Omega-3 EFA content in a serving is 1.5 g.
So would 2 tsp (servings) a day be adequate?
