What's a good exercise for the calves? I have access to dumbells, but don't have access anymore to the fancy calf machine at the gym (that thing rocked).
I'm clumbsy as an OX, any other exercises besides calve raises? Can I just hold a DB in one hand and use the other to balance me on the wall?
