Cutting with HST

    I am pleased for you that the weight is starting to come off again and hopefully this continues, just be careful weight loss is not too quick (aim for 1-2 lb per week) as you may end up losing too much LBM.

    The cardio is helping... As you can see the 1 month trend of my weight.
    The days I don't do CBL (weekends) my losing trend reverse like clock work! But since adding cardio, the trend is still downwards.
