Hi, I'm just wondering if diet should change 1)on weekends, or 2)during the 6-8 week cycle? If my breakdown works out to roughly 50/25/25 C/P/F, would I just keep that 7 days a week for 6-8 weeks, or is it better to change at some point (either on weekends, or during 5s)? And same thing with overall calories, should I eat a little more on days I work out and a little less on days I don't?
