Diet ever change?

Hi, I'm just wondering if diet should change 1)on weekends, or 2)during the 6-8 week cycle? If my breakdown works out to roughly 50/25/25 C/P/F, would I just keep that 7 days a week for 6-8 weeks, or is it better to change at some point (either on weekends, or during 5s)? And same thing with overall calories, should I eat a little more on days I work out and a little less on days I don't?
 
Ok, well I'm assuming at some point I'll do both bulking and cutting (not at the same time), so how about the same question for 1)bulking and 2)cutting? Do my goals really affect if the level/ratio of food/macronutrients changes during the 8-wk cycle or on the weekends? Thanks.
