Diet on a non-workout day

i read from one of the threads here that eating carbs after WO will store glycogen in the muscle. in layman's terms, according to my understanding, eating carbs after WO will cause you less fat and more muscle.
suppose i'm eating 348g of carbohydrates to bulk..
and i consume about 100g of those after WO.. do i still have to eat 348g of carbs on non-workout days (weekends)? or that may probably cause fat storage since i'm not working out that day? if that may happen, then i'll just eat 288g of carbs (required amount of carbs to maintain weight) on non-workout days and still boost on protein and essential fats?
help?

You should be more interested about the amount of food in cals ingested rather than in grams...You don`t have to change your eating habits for the rest days. Just get the 1g/pound ratio on proteins and overall somewhere 50%carbs/30€protein/20%fat

Dont go hi-fi..just keep it simple. It more easier to you and you dont have to stress so much
