Dieting during the programme

(I put my topic in the wrong forum so I do it again, sory for troubling)

I have problems with my weights when I am dieting. I cant hardly finish the set. Do you recommend reducing the weights in the workout?

Special today I got really problems it was if I got sick during the workout.

What are you experience?
 
I'm having very similar problems during workouts because I'm quite low on cals and carbs.Last w/o i was supposed to hit my maxes but I missed a few of them.Compound movements are the worst for me while dieting but I believe they are great metabolism booster so I keep them.To give you an idea I failed squat 5rm (did oly 4) and dips (again only 4);both failed at the first set but I dont mind, just dont lower weights and add drops at the end of set so that you get a decent number of reps anyway.While dieting I dont care at all about strenght.
