Hi all. For the last few months I have been working hard to finally rid myself of that last few lbs of BF.
I have been using a "Accumeasure" fat caliper for a while. Probably not the most accurate device available but something I can use myself and it seems to be pretty good at detecting changes in BF, until recently.
About a month back the measurments stalled despite my best efforts for fat loss. Ok so maybe I've hit a plateau BUT here's the wierd part.
My waist measurements have been steadily dropping down ,about 3/4", and the scale is down about 2 lbs, just about what I expected, yet fat measurements are the same or slightly higher.
I'm pretty really careful with my diet and into week 3 of my first HST cycle.
Anyone have the same experience?
Is waist measurement a reliable BF indicator?
Kevin
