Eat, fast & live longer

I just watched this docu/self-test film on Aussie tv. I found it pretty interesting as it deals with a few different fasting protocols as well as their health benefits. Particular interesting was how a high protein diet causes increased igf-1 levels, which in turn can cause cancer due to a faster cell dividing rate.

The docu is more aimed at longevity and anti-aging than bodybuilding specific.
