That looks remarkably reasonable. The plan has you losing LBM during dieting, which, I think, is a good choice. Most people seem to want to put on some LBM even while dieting, so chances are you'll be pleasantly surprised when that happens and puts you ahead of schedule.

Edit: Actually your bulking calories seem rather low. Trying to keep fat off while bulking, perhaps?
