Mono and poly unsaturated are fine within reason before training.
If you are from the Kraemer camp, you would faint at the thought of consuming fat before exercise because it can reduce the amount of lactate produced in your cells and thus reduce the GH spurt that can happen while training.
If you are from a more rational camp, you feel that the miniscule spikes in GH do nothing for actual muscle growth, so, having some fat in your pre-workout drink is no problem.
