from what i know, gainer are basically pro and carbs turned into powder.. so i forgot my mass gainer at home and wondered what could i use... some told me gatorade... in powder or bottled? yet i have access to protein powder (ON 100% whey chocolate)... so i can make a shake and drink a gatorade bottle... but still, no carbs there.. so i'd need to throw in some hi gi carbs?? thx!
