I agree with Dianabol's statement. I finished a 13 day SD a week or so ago and maintained my bulking diet during the entire SD. I felt I started putting on fat after about 7 days into it. I have since cut about 300 calories out of my diet into my 15's and will increase calories when I feel I need to.
On my next SD, I think I will maintain my bulking diet for about 5 days into it and then cut back 300 to 500 calories from my diet. (My bulking diet averages around 3400 to 3600 calories/day. I'm 5'-10 1/2" tall and ~195 lbs.)
