there's gd friday nxt wk & I won't be
training so move my schedule up.
1) barbell squats: 150 ibs
2) incline barbell press: 130 ibs
3) gironda sternum chins : 10 reps
4) barbell military press: 90 ibs
5) barbell shrugs: 150 ibs
6) ez barbell curls: 80 ibs
7) close grip bench press: 150 ibs
8) deadlifts: 225 ibs (1 set only)
(just tried for fun smith seated calf raises
95 ibs x 20 reps x 2, more of feeln e movement)
been trying really hard to stuff my face.
