How much protein during SD?

I have dropped my diet a couple hundred calories less, and .7g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and I didn't notice muscle loss.

If your worried about it don't change your diet too much.

Don`t worry! You are not going to lose muscle during SD. It`s too short period of time. Muscles aren't something that you`ll lose overnight if you don`t eat proteins everyday :)

Of course you didn`t tell me are you cutting or bulking so i`m assuming that you are not cutting. If you are, then you can compensate the loss of carbs with proteins and fats if you go too low on energy intake. But don`t overdo the protein intake. Golden rule of 1g/pound is still sufficient.
