Jester, I have noticed some strength gains within the cycle... especially now that I am on part II of the cycle. Had some problems earlier in the week with my schedule and couldn't goto the gym until tonight, so effectively I had a two week SD, and then I jumped right into the 5's tonight... long workout that lasted 50 minutes...

all at 5 reps
2x Leg Press - 450
3x Chins - 110
3x Dips - 180
2x Shrugs - 160
2x Calfs - 180
2x SLDL - 130
2x Iso-Wide Chest Press - 180
3x Pulley Crunches - 180
2x Shoulder Press - 90

I meant to do some metabolic sets but I forgot.

Measured in at 201.5 at .1285.. gained a little bit of fat over the holiday.

I take skinfold measurements with a cheap plastic pair of calipers. I then calculate a weighted average using three different equations.
