I would like to know what your last meal is, what time and how much...
Mine personaly is a scoop of ON´s 100 % calcium protein mixed with aprox 8 fl oz of skim milk ~ 30 g of protein, just before bedtime...
any comments?

Two scoops of whey protein, aproximately 45 grams of protein before i go to bed. There are a few carbs per scoop (3) so I have wondered if that might contribute to my gut or if its to few to really matter.
