taken a few months before cut, not much detail but just thought id put it up
 
starting to look a little deflated after having virtually no carbs the past few days, more noticably the chest and shoulder area, like the lines though.

food today will be:

ps with milk

1 ltr diet energy drink

5 egg whites and spam(lean) fried in xtra virgin olive oil

ps with water

pork chop, no carbs

small chicken breast

ps with water before bed
 
all i can say is, training this morning was pants. no energy.

lunges 3 sets 10@130lb

leg extensions

calves

abs
 
no carbs today to speak of.

pre workout shake with water

post workout shake

chicken breast and a pork chop

ps with water before bed.
