Perhaps this is common knowledge... But are there any known longterm effects from creatine - good or bad?
I've never used this stuff before. The only thing I've put in my body is normal food and drinks (including protein shakes). Although I still have a ways to cut I'd be interested in both your experiences, knowledge, or articles/studies you can share.
I thought I heard that it can make you retain water long term, but can also cause some degrea of hyperplasia if used long enough??
