Looking to lose fat

Anyone have any ideas realted to this.

I want to use HST if possible. Maybe incorporate cardio.

I really need info. as it relates to eating (timing, composition, etc...) and things like that.
 
How much fat/weight do you want to lose? If it's not a lot, I'd just cut to a little below maintenance, then start a HST cycle and supplement it with HIIT.
 
The simplest formula ever: -500kcal /day

Take that for couple of weeks and then tweak if you have to. Goal is to lose about 0,5 kg`s (1,1 lbs) in a week.

Lose carbs, add fat and proteins
