Maltodextrin and dextrose

Please help me sort out a couple of things..

What is maltodextrin and from were can I get maltodextrin?

What is dextrose and from were can I get dextrose?

If I understand things right I should have maltodextrin before training and dextrose after training?

Can anyone give me examples of what I could mix my whey powder with before and after training ?

Is nesquick chocolatepowder dextrose or maltodextrin (or something else?), would it be OK to mix the pre or post drink with that?

My pre and post whey drink is 29 g protein each. How much maltodextrin should I mix the pre drink with and how much dextrose should I mix the post drink with?

Should I mix the drinks with someting else also? Maby milk in the post drink since it casein protein?
