That is a very simple way to do things. The macro's and everything probably won't be exactly the same every time, but you can get it within the ballpark. I've been considering finding my exact maintenance calories by changing the calories by 100 or so bi weekly. At that point, i'd stay at maintenance calories and try out different macronutrient ratios. I'm very curious to see how my body responds. Low carbs, high carbs, high protein, 1g/lb, etc.

This will probably never happen, lol. I'm not going to lie. I most likely will never go through with it, but it sure sounds like a good way to find how your body responds to dieting.
