mickc1965 training log

Elbows, that's why I stopped doing them 18 months ago, this time round I will only do them once a week, back then it was 3x and they were f***ed.
Ahhh yep fair enough, I'll see how mine go with 3x week. Just don't what to do rep -range-wise but will play it by ear I guess

Sleep 5:10hrs (in bed from 23:47 to 05:40), quality of sleep 58%

Awake 0:43
REM 1:17
Light 3:07

Not surprised at poor sleep quality as drove the missus to hospital in London for an ascitic drain, then drove straight to work in Milton Keynes then drove back to London early evening and then back home at 10pm. Back to Hospital tomorrow hopefully bringing her home.

HRV Elite info (based on 4 minute test) - Morning Readiness level was 7 (Parasympathetic) with a score of 65, average heart rate was 52.73 (RR Interval range 45.82 to 65.85)

Compared to your recent baseline, you should be able to train harder and handle more stress today

Curl Up - 2 x 10 reps with 10 seconds hold

AM session as had to visit missus in Hospital, had hoped to bring her home tonight but her Potassium levels are still very low and also her Haemoglobin levels have dropped so she's having more Potassium pumped in overnight and 2 bags of blood transfusions tomorrow morning, she's not having a very good time at the moment.

HRV Elite info (based on 4 minute test) - Morning Readiness level was 4 (Parasympathetic) with a score of 68, average heart rate was 50.80 (RR Interval range 45.11 to 74.47)

Your Parasympathetic activity appears to be abnormally elevated. This often means your body is actively recovering or possibly beginning to over reach. Lighter activity is recommended

With the poor HRV score this morning and the fact the missus is still in Hospital I probably won't train tonight, will see how it goes later if we get home at a reasonable time, if they discharge her of course.

Wasn't able to train tonight as got back too late from the Hospital (missus got discharged [emoji3][emoji3]) and needed to eat, that means I will have to train on my birthday on Wednesday
