No training due to knee injury, worst day so far regarding stability of knee joint, last collapse had me flat out on the floor and had i have fallen to my left rather than my right I would have been down the stairs.

Doctor has now referred me to a physio who will assess if I need a MRI scan, apparently he is not allowed to refer me to have a MRI despite believing it is most likely ligament damage.

Thanks, not looking good at the moment but fingers crossed it’s not too much ligament damage, better still hopefully no ligament damage at all just a twisted knee that’s taking a while to settle back down. Will have to see what the next few weeks bring.
