I'm beginning 10s next week and wanted to have clear goals in mind for this segment.
Should I go for a rep speed that will keep me a couple reps short of failure when I reach 10 reps for the first set?
On the second set, do whatever speed is necessary (while maintaining form) to get 5-10 reps?
Burn is not a goal with the 10s, right?
Apply the above to calves exercises or should I keep the reps higher on these?
Any other tips appreciated.
