I think I'm in the right area for this topic. What do you guys think about ctytosport's muscle milk compared to mega whey protein? I want to add muscle and burn fat, and It seems that musle milk can do that while i'm working out. Any suggestion are welcome. Thank's in advance
Adding muscle and burning fat is hard to do at the same time. I will say this about muscle milk, it's the best tasting protein shake I've ever had. I love the Mocha Joe flavor, wish ON or All the Whey would come out with a mocha flavor.
