i only increased the weights by 5lbs each workout....is that good enough or should i do more? i just had my 1st workout of the 15s today so if i need to change my workout around it wont affect me to much
 
you could increase it, especially on the plus 150 exercises.

For example to 10lbs, and then repeat weights if necessary in order not to zig zag too much.

Does not look too bad, if you feel okay with the progression for the big ones, then yes, otherwise as mentioned increase increments to 10 pounds (personally I prefer percentage increases) :D

By the way what is CG bench?

Your frequency was also not mentioned, by reading I assume those are 15's/10's and 5's, are you going to repeat weights for the 2nd week of 5's or are you going higher?

ya i'm going to do the 15/10/5/5....and your correct about the CG Bench = Close grip bench. I was just wondering how do you do it by percentages?

Get the max weight for that exercise, then use increments according to the % that you choose. For example, if you want 10% increments, then if your max weight for an exercise is 200, your increment should be 10% of that, which is 20 pounds. for 150 max, it would be 15 for 10% increments.

yes that looks good and you can allways add more weight or use the same weight again..
