Nutrition for 5x/day

i work at home, so i can just go and lift when ever the hell i wish. and also get whatever foods i need right in hands reach.

i've been doing 5 mini sessions a day. each includes all exercises, with no prescribed # of reps. just until reps start to slow down ... anyway ! i'm deviating (sp?) from the subject.

let's say my first workout is an hour or so after i wake up.
and the last is maybe ... 3-4 hours before i go to bed.

how would i adjust nutrition ?
 
For your morning workout, you could just have a pre-WO shake upon rise and then go workout. I wouldn't worry too much about pre/post wo nutrition if you're working out 5xday, i'd just make sure to get enough calories.
