I read somewhere on the forum about a guy who took some oil (rapeseed, I think) prior to going to bed at night. To the best of my recollection, he also took some in the mornings.
Is there any advantage in taking some oil before going to sleep? I usually take som fish oil with breakfast in the morning, but that's about it.
