im currently doing an 8x8 outine this is what my split looks like
can anyone suggest something that maybe added or changed
monday
shoulder press 8x8 15 second rests
dips 8x8 15 sec rest
lateral raises 3x8 30 sec rest
close grip bench 3x8 30 sec rest
tuesday
regular deadlifts 3x8 (2-4 min rests)
bent over row 8x8 15 sec rest
lat pulldowns (too weak to do chins, will get stronger tho) 8x8 15 sec rest
wednesday rest
thursday
db flat bench 8x8 15 sec rest
cable crossover 8x8 15 sec rest
weighted crunches 8x8 15 sec rest
friday
squat 8x8 15 sec rest
hamstring curls 8x8 15 sec rest
lunges 3x8 30 sec rest
stiff leg deadlifts 3x8 30 sec rest
are certain areas being overtrained?
i am 20 years old 5'7" 190 lbs and been wroking out for a year (not body part has been neglected)
