A Aaron_F New Member Feb 22, 2003 #2 I cant find much on dry corn macronutrient breakdown, but there is this on the usda database USDA database the GI of popcorn has a varied thing. There is two decent GI measures on popcorn (both air popped, but two different australian brands (green foods, Uncle Tobys) The first has a 55gi (against glucose=100) and the other showing 89. So, the gi will be somewhere around there.
