Post HST-workout

hi guys

I just read a long thread at bb.com

and now I am a bit confused about what and how much to take post-workout.
I am hitting for 1g/kg bodyweight of carbs..

I am doing a lot of metabolic work in my hst-cycle and definately need glycogen-replenishment.

So should I go with maltrodextrin or just forget about all the post WO storys and focus more on the pre-workout?

always get the PWO drink...
much more important (in relation) than the pre..imo

shoot for 35 - 60 g of whey
and upto 80g simple sugars.. PWO

personally i use malto, but thats cos its in my mass shake..
dextrose is easier if you use creatine cos it makes a perfect delivery system for the creatine...

tbh you could just use sugar.. it all makes the body react in the same way..(insulin spike)
