Has anyone made the purchase of Berardi's Precision Nutrition system? I feel nutrition is the area I'm lacking and this might be a nice plan to follow.
You could not go wrong with Berardi, the man knows what he is talking about.
Whilst I am not buying the book and CD's etc, I am certainly going to follow the guilines he gives in his free e-book which I have posted a link for here.
