Question about calorie requirements

I was wondering if anyone knew where there might be some information in the forum where Bryan has discussed what amounts or percentages of total calories need to be carbs, protein, fat, etc. If not, what type of diet will maximize HST training for maximum mass, given a high calorie diet is already in place. Any information on how many carbs, protein, fat in relation to total calories would be greatly appreciated!!
