QP, I am on HRT and have been for 3 years. That is why I have become aware that T levels can be the biggest stumbling block to adding LBM. You can't have a rum and coke without some run. Likewise, you cannot build substantial muscle without T but I will bet 90% or more of average BBers don't have a clue as to what their T levels are. Yet they spend years looking for the magic program that will make them big. I did for decades. If I only knew then...
