Second HST Cycle - 3x2 a week

Hi, bit of history. First cycle went well. Trained 3 times a week. Gained 11 pounds, strength went through the roof. I'm coming back after a 6 year layoff.

For my second HST cycle I wanted to experiment with twice a day training 3 times per week. How does this setup look?

Workout A
Trap Bar Squats
Dumbbell bench Press
Barbell Rows
Dumbbell shoulder press
Barbell Curls
Skull Crushers
Donkey Calf Raises

Workout B
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Dips
Reverse Grip Chins
Lateral Raises
Hammer Curls
Tricep Pushdowns
Calf Raises

All exercises one set each.
Should I repeat the 15s before going into this second cycle, or just go into thte 10?

I don't see any reason not to do the 15's. IMO, the longer the cycle the better! The exercise selection looks great, and as long as you keep up with the AM/PM split schedule, you'll be good to go. People look at you like you're obsessed with lifting (I go 8x/week, I know!)

As far as doing one set each per exercise...

why limit yourself?

If you feel you can do another set, or a 3rd, or even a 4th set, then go ahead.

As long as you have ample nutrition for your workout needs, then you will have great results.
